Lock lane are a well established amateur rugby league club with an illustrious history based in Castleford, West Yorkshire.
The U15s are proud to be part of this. We currently have a squad of 21 players, who have played some outstanding rugby in a highly successful season culminating in the reaching of both the Northern Rail BARLA national cup final, and the Castleford & District cup final. Lane also finished 3rd in the league and reached the semi-finals of the BARLA Yorkshire Cup and the FAM Yorkshire League Cup

Thank you to Chris Mills, Bob Stevens, Joy Lloyd and especialy Michelle and Liam Stevens who were absolute stars running the BBQ. Your time and effort is much appreciated.
This years Gala was a huge success and it is hoped a record amount is raised-the money raised is for the BENEFIT of ALL JUNIOR sides and helps to keep the junior section going.
Next years gala should be on the same weekend - please mark this in your diaries as we could do with some more volunteers to help run the stalls.
The organisers would like to thank Castleford Tigers players Adam Fletcher, Ryan Mcgoldrick and Michael Shenton, Castleford & District referees society and St Johns ambulance service.
